These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Toogic CRM ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the Toogic CRM mobile application, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Toogic CRM provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for small and medium businesses in India. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
To access certain features, you must register for an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at toogicofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Unless authorized by us, each person may maintain only one Toogic CRM account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan restrictions is prohibited.
Toogic CRM offers a free Starter plan and paid Premium plans billed monthly (₹299/month) or annually (₹2,999/year). Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Razorpay) to charge your selected payment method. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal reminder email before each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
The Toogic CRM application, website, and all associated content (logos, design, code, trademarks) are owned by Toogic CRM and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Toogic CRM (leads, clients, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this data solely to provide the Service to you.
Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data from our servers.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Toogic CRM or other users. Prohibited uses include:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOOGIC CRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
