1. Quick Summary

Simple version: If you subscribed to Toogic CRM Premium and are not satisfied within 7 days, email us at toogicofficial@gmail.com for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds are issued but you can cancel to stop future billing.

2. Refund Policy

Toogic CRM offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual). If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

After the 7-day refund window, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You are requesting a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date
  • This is your first time subscribing (first-time purchase only)
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms & Conditions
  • The refund request is made through official channels (email or contact form)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window from the purchase date
  • Renewal charges (subsequent billing cycles)
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Free plan users (no payment was made)
  • Partial month/year refunds for mid-period cancellations
  • If the refund has already been processed once for the same account

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at toogicofficial@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Email/Account]"
  • Step 2: Include your registered email address, payment date, and Razorpay payment ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • Step 3: Optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund (this helps us improve!)
  • Step 4: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your refund request
  • Step 5: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Refund Timeline

  • UPI Payments: Refunded within 2-3 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: Refunded within 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: Refunded within 3-5 business days
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): Refunded within 2-3 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Toogic CRM subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • You will retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Starter plan after expiry
  • Your data (leads, clients, etc.) is not deleted upon cancellation — you can still access it on the free plan

  • Log in to your Toogic CRM account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Or email us at toogicofficial@gmail.com

7. Downgrades

If you downgrade from Premium to the free Starter plan:

  • Premium features will remain active until your billing period ends
  • After expiry, you will be limited to 50 leads/month and free plan features
  • Client data, invoices, and meeting records created under Premium remain viewable (read-only) on the free plan

8. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans have custom pricing and terms. Refund and cancellation conditions for Enterprise plans are outlined in the specific Enterprise Agreement signed between Toogic CRM and the enterprise customer. Please contact toogicofficial@gmail.com for details.
